Manufacturing Process

How We Work

Raw Material Selection — Fish meal, soybean meal, rice bran, vitamins, and binders sourced
Formulation — Nutrient formulation based on species-specific requirements (floating/sinking feed)
Grinding & Mixing — Fine grinding and homogeneous mixing of ingredients
Extrusion — High-pressure extrusion process to create floating or sinking pellets
Drying — Controlled drying to achieve optimal moisture content (8-10%)
Coating — Oil/vitamin coating for enhanced palatability and nutrition
Quality Testing — Checked for water stability, floatability, and nutrient content
Packaging & Storage — Sealed packaging to prevent moisture absorption, stored for distribution
